1. Email rosellstudiosllc@gmail.com with your order # in the email subject and 3 pictures of your pet; left side, right side, front facing
2. Google Form: fill out this form to include your design details after you place your order; fill this out as soon as you complete your order : https://forms.gle/gBPNZyLnoHa4qNGE8
3. Use the same email you used for placing the order so we can contact you about revisions and delivery of the finished illustration

Design Process:

• Consultation: Fill out our simple Google form to provide details about your pet
• Concept Development: Our designers will use your input to create initial sketches and concepts for your pet's royal crest.
• Revisions: We offer two rounds of revisions to ensure the final design perfectly reflects your vision.
• Digital Illustration: Once the design is finalized, our artists will craft a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, high-resolution digital illustration 
• Timeline starts based on when you complete the form not on the order date
• Completion Time: The design process typically takes 2-3 weeks based on demand
• Notice: You must send us an email and complete the form we send you within 2 weeks of your order date otherwise your order will expire

Deliverables:

• Digital Format: This is a digital product, that provides you with a high-quality image that is print-ready for picture frames, posters, and mugs
• We email a 24in x 24in (60.96cm x 60.96cm) PNG ready for large art prints and a 9:16 phone wallpaper, but if you need another size we can resize upon request
